This Privacy Notice outlines LatentView approach to privacy to fulfil its obligations under applicable privacy laws.
This Privacy Notice is published in compliance with the following privacy laws:
- Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, The Indian Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008 and The Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011.

Throughout this document, the terms “we”, “us”, “our” & “ours” refer to LatentView and the terms “you”, “your” & “yours” refer to YOU (as the Data Subject).

Please note that this Privacy Notice is applicable to all instances where we play the role of a Data Controller of your Personal Data, when we collect and process personal data about you for offering our products or services when you visit our premises, while providing basic personal information for any business, vendor, media or career related enquiry on our website or if you’re applying for a job position in our company . There may be instances where we play the role of a Data Processor too, when we process Personal Data on behalf of another organization. In that case, the Privacy Notice of that organization becomes applicable to your Personal Data.

What Personal Data do we Collect & Process?
When registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, company email, contact no, company name, designation, country to help you with your experience or if you’re applying for a job position in our company you may be asked to asked fill up the career related information such as (Years of experience, CTC, Technical expertise, Location, Current/Last Designation, Technologies used)
Categories of Personal Data that we collect, and process are as follows:
- Demographic & Identity Data (for e.g., name, email address, contact number, Address)
- Online Identifiers and other Technical Data (for e.g., device details)
- Communication Data (for e.g., Phone number, email)
- External Personal Identifiers (for e.g., Address, State, Country)
- Observed Data (for e.g., Visitor information, Visitor’s device details,, time and duration of service usage
- Camera surveillance when you are on our premises – this is for your and everybody’s Safety and Security purposes and any data obtained through surveillance is not shared with any other parties.
Where do we obtain your Personal Data from?
Most of the Personal Data we process is provided by you directly to us when you visit our premises and make an entry into the physical register maintained for such purposes and/or submit your CV for employment consideration or provide basic personal information for any business, vendor, media or career related enquiry on our website.
This also includes the Personal Data collected automatically and in the background by us when you use our website and application(s).
We may also receive Personal Data about you from third parties (such as recruitment agencies or contracting agencies) and publicly available sources of information.

Upon receipt of your request to withdraw your consent, the consequences of withdrawal will be communicated to you. Upon your agreement to the same, your request for withdrawal will be processed.
When do we share your Personal Data with third parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personal Data. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
