LatentView Analytics Appoints Rajan Sethuraman Chief People Officer

Princeton, N.J. – June 30, 2016

LatentView Analytics, one of the largest and fastest-growing analytics firms globally, today announced the appointment of Rajan Sethuraman as the company’s chief people officer. In this newly created role, Sethuraman will be responsible for all aspects of human resources (HR) management, applying more than two decades of experience in the field to help further attract, cultivate and retain the best talent in the digital and social analytics market.
Sethuraman joins LatentView after a nearly 20-year tenure at Accenture, during which time he held various leadership positions in HR, recruitment, client services and business strategy. Most recently, Sethuraman was learning and talent development lead for Infrastructure Services, after serving as client services lead for the Health & Public Service Industry Group.

Earlier in Sethuraman’s career, he was recruitment lead for Accenture’s Global Delivery Network for Technology in India, energy capability lead for the company’s Management Consulting practice and analytics lead for the HR function, responsible for the adoption of a scientific approach to HR process improvement based on rigorous data analysis. He joined Accenture as an analyst in the Management Consulting practice, where he successfully led projects across a variety of industries and functional areas during his tenure.
