The robots and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions market is forecast to grow to $153 billion within five years, according to a report by BofA Merrill Lynch. Meanwhile, another recent survey of industry professionals found that “80 percent of all marketing executives believe AI will revolutionise marketing in the next five years, but only 26 percent are confident they understand how AI is used in marketing.” The study also found just 10 percent of marketers are making use of AI in some form today.
