Net Dollar Retention (NDR)

Net Dollar Retention (NDR) is a measure of revenue growth from existing customers that excludes new customer acquisition. It measures the revenue change from the prior year, takes into consideration upsells, cross-sells, and churn, and indicates the capacity to sustain and increase revenue within the existing customer base.
