Responsibilities:
- Creates Technical Design Specification documentation that clearly articulates the design and code being implemented using JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Cosmos, SCOPE.
- Design, build and deploy BI solutions using tools such as Tableau, Power BI and Qlikview.
- Manage new report generation and report enhancement based on the change requests.
- Perform data warehouse design and modelling according to established standards.
- Recommend improvements to provide optimum reporting solutions.
- Conduct unit testing and performance tuning on data models, dashboards and troubleshooting.
- Identify and resolve data reporting issues in a timely fashion.
- Perform quality assurance checks on new or enhanced reports.
- Use SQL based programming languages i.e. Scope, T-SQL, BigSQL, Hive SQL to build.
- Develop QlikView dashboards to track and bring visibility to business teams.
- Track and visualize the latest trends by building and managing interactive dashboards /control plans.
Basic Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree, or the equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
